Dengo Wildlife Control
Are you interested in a career in Nuisance Wildlife Control? Then please read on...
Wildlife is everywhere and may come into conflict with Humans. When this occurs, Dengo Wildlife Control is asked to resolve these issues. We are a "Service" company. Often times, Applicants are not quite sure what that means. They may be seeking careers more along the lines of Academic Research or Rescue/Rehabilitation. We are strictly "Service".
What does "Service Company" mean? It means we provide solutions for Human / Wildlife Conflict whenever and wherever they may occur. It means we work for our Customers and therefore have a "Customer First" attitude. "Customer First" means just that... Customers before me.
Generally, where animal problems occur is in "hard to get to places". Much of our time is spent in crawl spaces, hot attics, on top of high, steep roofs or other difficult to reach areas. This can happen any time of year so inclement weather is regarded as the norm and not the exception.
Work is often physically demanding. You should be able to work the business end of a shovel "all day long". Working in high places is common and working with 32' ladders "all day long" is common as well.
We may find ourselves working in "less than sanitary" conditions... "all day long".
After hours service calls or work scheduled during off-hours may be requisite.
We can and do work out of town so travel is expected.
Applicants / Employees must be well groomed, have good communicative skills, good/safe driving skills/record and good manners at all times.
Applicants / Employees must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test. Background Check may include Criminal, Credit & Driving Records.
Dengo Wildlife Control is a Christian Based Company. This means that a portion of our proceeds is directed towards the Christian Ministries. It also means that Christian Principals such as Ethics, Hard Work and Honesty are infused into our Business Philosophy.
If the afore mentioned description isn't your cup of tea, that's O.K. It's not for everyone. If however, you are able to meet these very minimum requirements, then you may find this a rewarding career.
